Reviewing past tests and your mistake log
Every quiz and test you take is saved for review. Questions you miss or flag go to your MCAT or SAT mistake log until you answer them correctly twice.
Study Mondo saves the answer you picked on every question. That gives you two tools: a review page for each attempt, and a mistake log for the MCAT and the SAT.
Review any attempt
After an exit quiz, unit test, diagnostic, SAT practice test or MCAT full-length, the results screen has a review link. It opens a page you can come back to any time.
- Each question shows your answer, the correct answer and the explanation.
- Tabs show only the questions you missed, only the ones you flagged, or all of them.
- Where it was recorded, you also see how long you spent on the question.
- A question marked Revised since you took it was edited after your attempt. You see the current version.
- A question that can no longer be shown says so. Your score is not affected.
Past SAT practice tests have a Review link in the Recent Results table on SAT Practice Tests. Past MCAT full-lengths are listed on the full-length page.
Your mistake log
Open it from the MCAT or SAT page, or go straight to the MCAT mistake log or the SAT mistake log.
- A question joins the log when you answer it wrong, skip it, or flag it (flagging means you were not sure, even if you got it right).
- Each later correct answer counts, wherever you see the question again: a quiz, a test or a re-quiz.
- Two correct answers in a row retire it from the log. Missing it again starts the count over.
Filter the log by source, section, topic or date. Each row links to the attempt where you missed the question.
Re-quiz your mistakes
Choose Re-quiz my mistakes to answer up to 20 of them, one at a time, with no timer. After each answer you see the explanation and how close the question is to retiring.
The log starts with the tests you take after this feature launched. Older attempts can still be reviewed when their answers were saved.
